Here is the story of a local hero, Kya, a 20-year-old from Dawsonville, Georgia who had to step up in a big way by taking full custody of her siblings this year. For Kya, this decision also came with a major personal sacrifice, as it meant dropping out of college for a full-time job to become a provider while juggling bills, repairs, and establishing a stable home.

Juan Reyes, our founder, says, "Kya is really who's done all the heavy lifting here, and we can only feel privileged to help her fulfill her Christmas wish and contribute to giving her and her siblings a safe and enjoyable house to live in by repairing their siding, deck, roof, and exterior paint."
